Working principle
• Mains power conversion: The ultrasonic power cabinet converts the mains power (AC, 190-240V, 50/60Hz) into high-frequency and high-voltage signals.
• Signal conversion: These high-frequency and high-voltage signals are then converted into high-frequency mechanical vibrations through the transducer system.
• Energy transfer: It causes high-temperature friction between the two parts of the plastic product, and at the same time cools and shapes under a certain pressure to complete the welding.
Type classification
